CHRISTOPHER RADKO FRENCH REGENCY BALLOON CAGED WIRE ORNAMENT, Vintage 1994. Ornaments have never been used, still wrapped in original tissue and store bag. However, even though new, a few dark spots appeared after being unpacked (image 7&8). I simply can’t account for how this occurred, but I’ve reduced accordingly to half their current value.
