Radko “Over the Waves” Italian Ornament. I never hung this ornament on my tree. No scratches or issues. Upon visual inspection I noticed glue spots where the wings are attached. Perhaps this glue is original to the creation of the ornament? I have a Radko tag… But not certain if this is original to ornament. I have taken a picture of the ornament from one of my Radko books.
