This is one of my rarest and largest ornaments. Very hard to part with. I’m also now afraid to display it due to it’s rarity. My wife might break it. My bulldog might too. So hoping to find it a good home. Have a few others similar in rarity and size I will be listing soon. Below is generic to all of my listings. Is there a difference? I love these ornaments. Saw this type for the first time at the Radko Booth at the South Bend Collectible Show in the late 1990’s. This description will apply to many of my listings. The descriptions are tags for listing purposes only. As are the titles. Many of the ornaments are vintage. I believe the Italians are De Carlini. I only know of Laved as another Italian figural ornament maker. Many of the ornament caps say Italy. I’m pretty confident they are. As they don’t come with boxes or tags I can’t know for sure. Others I will be listing are Radko, Old World Christmas, Laved, Breen, Shiny Brite, and even Hallmark Keepsake Glass Christmas Ornaments. The pictures are the condition. Wear and age are to be expected on older used ornaments. Anything I consider out of the ordinary I will mention under condition above. Minor scratching to be expected. I will not sell a broken ornament. From where I got them over the years I have reason to believe they are all vintage. As many I bought myself in stores are now considered vintage as it’s been over 20 to 25 years for many of them. Hard to think they are. I’m getting old. It might cost a little more but it’s best to ensure it arrives safely. If close you can drive over and save. Far Western suburb of Chicago. All are interchangeable for speed. Please wait for an invoice if possible. I do offer Best Offer but I don’t always respond to an offer. Yes, I do have a life beyond this hobby. I offer it only because even when I don’t people still message me asking. Also it’s best offer. Sorry for the long description. I’ve had thousands of satisfied customers over the years. I’m a collector too so I want to manage expectations.
