His mustache is sparkly white glitter, his beard is lightly sprinkled with teeny tiny flakes of sparkly glitter, the star on the staff is also lightly sprinkled with gold sparkly glitter. He is wearing a bright red gown under his royal blue robe.
This is used and in very good condition it is about 8 inches tall.
No chips or cracks, however there are several pale dark spots and a couple tiny rubs to the paint (see all photos). Comes with a box (although might not be the original box).
