Fresh from a Dallas estate, this is a RARE Starlight & Rising Star Christmas ornament called Carousel of Dreams (99-SP-49) from 1999 by Christopher Radko. This is piece number 1477 out of 2500. The design of this blown glass ornament is a highly detailed floral carousel with 3 white & pink swans. It is decorated with brightly colored metallic paints in coral, gold, turquoise, blue, mint green, pink, yellow, and white, and all over glitter details. The ornament measures 10″ long including hanger by 5 3/4″ at the widest point. It comes in Radko box that measures 11 1/2″ long by 6 1/2″ tall and 6 deep. This piece is in EXCELLENT CONDITION with NO nicks, chips, cracks, or scratches! The metal topper is hot glued on and one of the swans is hot glued in place from where it popped off (photos 4 & 5 below). Review photos carefully for better condition details.
